Oswestry "Dog" thrown out of Crufts

A woman from Oak Drive has been banned for life from entering dogs at Crufts following her attempt to hoodwink judges at this year's show by entering Julian, a so called Bergamasco-Shepherd dog in the Best of breed competition. Judges started to get suspicious when Julian failed to sit or move in any way whatsoever. Gillian Habberknackers, Julian's owner, claimed that he had been unwell recently due to eating a large tube of glue.

Mrs Habberknackers eventually confessed to having made Julian from an old rocking horse and a rag rug.
She says she is going to move to France where they are "much less obsessed with the rules."
